You must have administrator's access in order to install PanALEX. The sure way to install is to use the installation package and follow the online instructions. User may also install the input methods components and dictionaries according to following instructions:
Installation Location: installation package will install all files in following locations:
- Vendor supplied input method/phrase dictionaries: /Library/Application Support/UniDoc/
- Vendor supplied input method components: /Library/Components/
In-Use Customization: UniDoc input methods will automatically maintain a copy of customizable dictionary for each individual user:
- $userhome/Library/Preference/UniDoc/
Local Components Location: user may move the input method components from its default location to his home components for his private use:
- $userhome/Library/Components/
After installation: please log out and log in again to activate the UniDoc input methods for your accounts.
