You need to enable your account to use UniDoc input methods, do the following:
- Go to "System Preferences -> International -> Keyboard Menu" panel from Apple menu or Dock,
- Scroll down the keyboard selection until you see the simplified/traditional Chinese selections
- Click the checkbox to enable the desired input methods
- Close the panel
An international keyboard menu should appear at the right side of the top menu bar.
