To un-install PanALEX is very easy. To do it manually, simply remove the following:

• /Library/Application Support/UniDoc
• /Library/Components/UniDoc*.components
• $userhome/Library/Preferences/UniDoc
• $userhome/Library/Components/UniDoc*.components
• Logout and re-login.
